Semper Tek was an exhibitor at the SAME Kentuckiana Post’s 2024 Annual Small Business Workshop held in Louisville, KY on January 30th through February 1st. The conference was a huge success, especially with the remarkable breakout session led by Semper Tek’s founder/president Scott Matheny and other members of the SUCCESS coalition! The focus of the breakout session was the highly competitive marketplace for small business contractors. Scott Matheny and the others provided invaluable insights into navigating the challenges of this dynamic landscape and shedding light on strategies to help solve the shrinking industrial base.
