Semper Tek, Inc. is proud to announce the promotion of Colonel Langdon Root (USAF, Ret.) to company President effective June 1, 2026.
Former President and founder, Scott Matheny, who assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), states, “We are excited to see Langdon step into this role. His record of effective leadership in organizations from 28 to 2,800 people is impeccable, and his character, integrity, strategic vision, and deep commitment to service make him the right leader to carry Semper Tek forward.”
Mr. Matheny founded Semper Tek, LLC. In 2008 as a federal contracting construction management firm focused on building quality structures for veterans. Col. Root is honored by the opportunity to carry that vision forward and remains focused on the people and mission that make Semper Tek exceptional.
