Semper Tek Inc. is proud to announce the award of our largest contract ever, a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation in the federal construction sector. This contract not only highlights our capabilities but also underscores the strategic importance of our joint venture with CMS Corporation.
CMS is our Mentor and a construction contractor providing extensive DB, new construction, renovation, and fueling systems experience for a wide range of federal government and commercial clients worldwide. Their customer-first philosophy fits the Semper Tek ethos perfectly.
The joint venture with CMS Corporation is part of the SBA’s Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP) and a strategic alliance that enhances our competitive edge, allowing us to undertake larger and more complex projects. This collaboration will deepen our footprint and performance in the federal construction landscape.
Project Overview
This award will make Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrades to the Frank R. Sousley Campus. This involves facility modifications and infrastructure upgrades to support the deployment of the new EHR system, including IT infrastructure, power systems, network cabling, server rooms, upgrades to the fire alarm, building automation – HVAC, and security and access control systems, as well as architectural, mechanical and electrical systems. This is one of three current construction projects for Semper Tek, Inc. in Leestown and will be our 41st project there since 2010.
